Jyväskylän Kesä and Pori Jazz!

Hello again, time for a new blog post whooooo!! Been really busy for the past week, but it's been really fun too. Two gigs at Jyväskylän Kesä (no doubt one of the best festivals in Finland!), with Gabro & Frank and the Irrationals (Antti Hynninen - sax, Joonas Leppänen - drums and me - keyboards and beatbox) on Friday and with Iiro Rantala New Trio feat. Flowmo Crew (the best bboy crew to come from Fin!), and teaching kids how to beatbox at Pori Jazz festival from Sunday to Wednesday. I did a beatbox workshop and MC Paleface did a rap workshop. Did a concert with the kids on Wednesday too, Joonatan (9 years old) and Onni (14 years old) busted some crazy beats! I really need to get some photos from the show.
The first show was a little painful with the first wisdom tooth just removed, but it's starting to be ok now. So? The other one will be removed next monday, sweeeet.....

Kuopio, Vatisaari and Savonlinna with DJBB!

Hello people! It's time for my second blog post. Had my first wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning and now I am living on cold soup, ice cream and painkillers. Mmmm!

I performed with DJBB at Viinijuhlat in Kuopio on Monday and at Panimoravintola Huvila in Savonlinna on Wednesday. As always, it was a blast! We chilled the time between the gigs in an small island called Vatisaari close to Savonlinna. Tero, DJBB's percussionist has a summer cottage over there. Some seriousss grilling, sauna and swimming in the lake! We had a forest golf tournament too. Golf with tennis balls in a finnish forest full of trees, can't go wrong with that! I didn't do so well though :(
